Resumen: "Sedimentary facies and palynological content analysis have been carried out to estimate the paleogeographic changes during the Midlle Jurassic of the southwestern Neuquén Basin. Outcrop sequence stratigraphy analysis allows to recognize in these deposits eight depositional sequences, with an internal organization in systems tracts [...] Two palynological transects were studied: north-south and east-west oriented.
